If for any reason you wish to return an unopened, unused bottle in its original packaging, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through a seamless return process with the utmost care and discretion.
Are any purchases final sale?
All tester bottles, discovery sets and limited edition releases are considered final sale. Full size fragrances remain eligible for return under our standard 7 day policy, provided they are unopened and unused.
When will I get my order?
